Hi, I'm Fernando Leandro, Social Media at the University CEU Cardenal Herrera.

Recently, I've colaborated in a  International Staff Week 2013 Valencia (Spain).
The International Week involves five days of exploring ways to collaborate in the internationalization of our institutions.

I did a conference about "Social Media in Universities".

This conference is about: Develop a Strategy and Set Goals. Define your Target. Build an active community. Create relevant and interesting content. Measure campaign success. Publish not only news. Engage with your Audience. Connect with alumni. Build Brand presence online. Attract Future students. Colleges are sharing Campus life. Curate Student content in Blogs. Be creative: It's a powerful way for colleges to keep in touch. Good channel for Customer Service. Respond to questions about programs, events, activities, fees. Invite students to participate, obtain Engagement with your target. Make visual content, near Content, Success Stories. For example: that's why I chose CEU University? Collect and share these Experiences. Show a sense of Humor: humor helps a brand to join his Target. Moreover, in this presentation you can see a lot of examples of our University.
